they can't wait

My sisters can't wait to meet me. They are very good babysitters apparently. Isabel is expert in tugging baby in and JM is keen to change nappy.

39.4 weeks

I am almost full-term!  I am taking my time as I can hear mommy coughing.  I don't want to catch her lurgy! I will come out when she's coughing less.

bored

It was 2am and I was up and bored,  I decided to kick and kick and kicked some more to wake mommy up.  She patted me on the back and I stopped.  I am a good girl really. :)

no signs

It's May 20 already but I don't feel like coming out yet.  I am quite happy where I am. Lots of kicking and hiccuping.  I dropped down further too as mommy is getting even more uncomfortable now.

5 more days to go?

Regular check up this morning with MK and mommy told her about my mischief last night.  Mommy got an examination and ultrasound.  MK said perhaps it will be 5 more days before I pop out.  We will see!

teasing mommy

I decided to practice on coming out and gave mommy some contractions last night.  Mild cramps before bedtime but mommy went to bed instead.  I wanted some attention!  I woke her up at 10:30pm and gave her more mild contractions every 6 mins for an hour or so.  She didn't take the bait.  I got bored and went to sleep and so did mommy.

My cot is now my sisters' play boat.

hiccups

I started to have hiccups a week ago.  I'm practicing all my skills as I might be out soon.  I can't wait to meet my sisters.  I hear them all the time and I try to kick to see if they would notice me.
